Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) introduced on 1st Nov.’2016; is a flagship affordable plotted housing policy introduced by the Govt. of Haryana to promote planned urban development & make land ownership accessible to middle income & aspiring planned homebuyers. 

DDJAY encourages development of licensed residential colonies in emerging towns by offering smaller plot sizes (60-150sqm.), reduced development costs & improved infrastructure.

DDJAY focuses on planned community living. Approved colonies are developed with wide internal roads, parks, green spaces, water supply, sewage & drainage systems, street lighting, & other essential civic amenities. 

Plot owners have the flexibility to construct independent floors, creating opportunities for self-use, rental income or multi generational living.
